Janine Campeau-Euwald鈥'The great thing about theater is that even if you are not good looking, you can act like you are, and people will perceive you to be attractive.' This profound quote came from a fellow student during rehearsals for Finian鈥檚 Rainbow back in 1971. The skills I learned from professors like Wayne Pevey, Richard Johnson, David Miller, Harriet Novick, and most fondly Barbara Baird, allowed me to 鈥渁ct鈥 my way into personally fulfilling if not financially rewarding opportunities over the years. Working with Ed Haines on costumes for Mother Courage though was the best reward of all, it allowed me to combine my two loves, horses and sewing." Credits/Accomplishments: Silkscreen and Awards Company, Horse Trainer and Riding Instructor, Designer of Equestrian Apparel, Writer and Editor, Graphics/Advertising Design, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, Accredited Teacher for New York State Licensing classes for Real Estate Appraising. I鈥檇 like to add 鈥淧rofessor of Real Estate at Suffolk Community College鈥 and perhaps 鈥淎ssistant Costume Designer鈥 to my resume. |

Steven Inglima"By observing and focusing on what makes good communication (and good acting), my time at 秘色传媒 was very well spent in honing those skills... because regardless in what field we choose to earn a living, each and every one of us will benefit significantly from effective communication. If all of us are going to be "actors" anyway, why not be conscious and effective at it." Credits/Accomplishments: Canon USA - I am currently the administrator of the Explorers of Light program, where I contract 80 of the top photographers in the US to lecture, teach, and assist in trade show presentations, as well as obtain images for ads and promotions. Prior to this, for several manufacturers (including Nikon, Bronica, Sea & Sea), I have myself lectured across the US about photography, showing images that I've created to teach technique, and equipment capability. I've set up and run hundreds of trade shows (which is very much like a theatrical experience). I've also interspersed this with my own pro-photography, shooting hundreds of weddings and other social events, and have even had opportunity to give tours to the wine country on the east end of Long Island. It's been a great run so far. |
