TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Complimentary Ticket Policies
All previously issued complimentary tickets are valid until 10 minutes before curtain time (at that time, vacant seats may be released to persons on standby).
Suffolk Student Complimentary Ticket Policies
Current Suffolk students are entitled to one complimentary non-transferable ticket
for most events. Suffolk students may obtain tickets at the Theatre Box Offices or
online at sunysuffolk.edu/spotlight. Students MUST have a valid ID when picking up tickets – no exceptions. Free ticket
entitlement does not guarantee a seat, so plan ahead! If it is determined that students
abuse the complimentary ticket policy they may be denied
future complimentary tickets.
Latecomer Seating Policies
All Theatre 119 productions on the Ammerman campus have a No Latecomer Seating Policy.
Additionally, patrons attending Theatre 119 productions who leave the theatre during
the performance will not be reseated until intermission. After intermission, no one
will be readmitted to the Theatre should they leave during the performance.
Latecomers to productions in the Shea Theatre at the Ammerman Campus or the Van Nostrand
Theatre at the Michael J. Grant Campus may be seated at the discretion of the House
Manger, usually at a break in the action. Specific shows in these venues may have
posted no latecomer seating policies. Patrons will not be seated after the production
has been underway 10 minutes. Latecomer patrons may wait until intermission to take
a seat if they wish.
Standby Policy for Sold Out Shows
Patrons may request to be placed on standby in person only at the Box Office. If seats become available, they will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.
TICKET PURCHASING POLICIES
Tickets may be purchased on the phone with VISA or MasterCard, in person at the Theatre Box Offices or online at sunysuffolk.edu/spotlight. Please note that all tickets (except for ÃØÉ«´«Ã½ student complimentary tickets) are subject to a processing fee. Sorry, no refunds. We will gladly make exchanges when possible.
