PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW

If you notice an unusually strong odor in your building or workspace, please do the following:

PUBLIC SAFETY
Emergency

All Campuses
and Centers

• Remain calm.
• Notify Public Safety.
• Notify Plant Operations.
• Public Safety and Plant Operations will respond to check the area.
• DO NOT TOUCH ANY OBJECT, SPILL OR CHEMICAL THAT IS THE POTENTIAL SOURCE OF THE ODOR!
• If evacuation is necessary, you will be advised by Public Safety and/or other College officials.
• DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING UNLESS TOLD TO DO SO BY EMERGENCY PERSONNEL OR COLLEGE OFFICIALS.
