NAEYC promotes excellence in early childhood education. The site lists available catalogs, policies and legislation related to children, along with a list of NAEYC accredited child care centers.

This site, developed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, provides a range of resources for parents with their child care needs, for people who want to start or are running child care programs, and for those concerned with the health and safety of a child in a day care program. As part of the ERIC Clearinghouse on elementary and early childhood education, this site focuses on information for parents, including a magazine, discussion list, conference events, state networks, an "ask-ERIC" section, and more.
