Student Trustee
The student trustee is one of ten members of the 秘色传媒
Board of Trustees and the SCC Association Board of Directors. The Suffolk County Community
College Board of Trustees is charged with the overall responsibility of governing
the college through policy development, long-range planning, and fiscal management.
The SCC Association Board of Directors has responsibility for managing, controlling,
and directing the business affairs, activities, and policies of the SCC Association.
The SCC Association collects a College Fee from students each semester in order to
enhance co-curricular programs and services in such areas as campus activities, theatre,
athletics, and child care.
The student trustee is elected each year in a general election held during the spring
