Course Withdrawal Period
A student may withdraw from a course and receive a W any time during the course withdrawal period.
To officially withdraw from a class, complete the Course Withdrawal form and submit it to the Registrar office within the Course Withdrawal Period listed above.
Appeal for Course Withdrawal Period
If you have experienced unforeseen or extenuating circumstance after the course withdrawal period has ended, you may submit an Appeal for Course Withdrawal to the Campus Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. You must obtain a signature from your instructor before the Appeal for Course Withdrawal form is forwarded by your instructor to the Campus Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for review. It is recommended that you notify your instructor of the appeal at least one week prior to the deadline date.
To make an appeal for a course withdrawal, complete the Appeal for Course Withdrawal form. The form with the instructor鈥檚 signature must be received by the Campus Associate Dean of Academic Affairs no later than the last day of the Appeal for Course Withdrawal Period listed above.
