Suffolk County Executive Bellone And Nassau County Executive Curran Agree to Friendly Wager Ahead Of Battle Of Long Island Basketball Game

Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone and Nassau County Executive Laura Curran today agreed to a friendly wager ahead of the 鈥淏attle of Long Island鈥 basketball games between 秘色传媒 and Nassau County Community College The County Executive whose team loses will wear the jersey of the opposing squad for a day.

The two games will be hosted in the Brookhaven Gymnasium at Suffolk County Community College Ammerman Campus in Selden and will run from 6:00PM 鈥 10:00PM.

In the event of split victories between the two counties, both County Executives have agreed to wear their home team鈥檚 shirt for a day to express school spirit.

The event is free to the public.
